I've heard good things about this website/app so I decided to give it a go. I've so far lost 22 pounds and my weight loss has currently stalled. :( I lost the 22 from just going on the treadmill and doing workout videos at home then joined a gym to beat this plateau. I go 5 days a week for 90 minutes and that includes cardio plus strength training. So, if anyone has any pointers on how to beat this plateau, that would be a awesome.

woop :)

My advice, stick with it, and years down the road you (and everyone else in your life in the future) will be glad you did.

I wish I got in better shape 10yrs ago.

But I've never been healthier and stronger.

I like Ottawa too, btw. I flew there for the Hope Volleyball Tourney last year.

Though all the bikinis were potentially detrimental to my heart, I may attend again this year.
