Loss of appetite after workout

I find it really hard to eat on the days that I go to the gym (which is about 3 or 4 days a week)
Yesterday, for example, I went to the gym from 1:00pm-3:00pm and for the rest of the night I had a really sensitive stomach and ended up with this:

Goal: 1200
Food: 1148
Exercise: -716
Net: 432
Remaining: 768

I don't overdo it at the gym because, to be honest, I lack the determination to really push myself. I'd just like to have a net calorie count that is enough to support a living human and keep fit at the same time
