I weigh about 130 and i just started this app about a week ago in order to lose 15 lbs. The app has me on a 1200 calorie a day diet but i also work 2/3 times a day, burning between 150-300 calories each time. Should i be eating those calories too? or should I ignore them in order to lose weight? i'm a little confused

Because your deficit is already baked into that 1200 recommendation and if you further increase the deficit with exercise, your body can turn catabolic (burn your muscles instead of fat) in order to preserve itself.0 -
