I'm new and have a ?--How do I search for recipes?

I just found this site and joined today. So far I am loving it. It's so much easier to follow than another site or two I've joined.

I've been looking and drooling at the recipes all afternoon and have a question. How do I search for a specific recipe? I read where people mentioned they had logged recipes under certain names. I found a few I might like to try but may never be able to find them again. Thanks for any help.
