I've been working pretty hard over the past 5 months and would like to post my progress photos.






Me in the Summer of 2011. Pretty thin and weak.

This was taken the day before my transformation, Halloween 2011.

Forgive the angry eyes, it's a prosthetic piece. ;)

Then I went to work. 5 Months strong.

This was taken last week, I brought my brother to a Raptors game for his birthday (vs. Knicks)

    The first 3-4 weeks are tough, but once you commit to it for a full 12+weeks it becomes easier.

    did you calcuate your BMR with beard as I'm sure it's much higher.
