Bumping the Olivia Method

Just wanted to bump this method as it seems a lot of people have recently worked out that eating more can help to lose weight. I personally always eat above my BMR and am starting to work towards maintenance using the Olivia Method.

I find it really simple and much easier to track where I'm at deficit-wise.
