Interesting article/video. I have known this for a long time ... but I'm glad that they are now having some studies done to support it. Unfortunately it's not good news for the obesity epidemic. :( Anyway, just thought I'd share. :D

    Surprise surprise BMI is an outdated form of measurement. That's been said for so long now by the fitness industry. I'm glad the medical community as a whole is paying attention to this now.

    Wish it were easier/cheaper to get the other tests they mentioned. I'd love to know my real body fat% instead of relying on guesses from self-measurements.

    Anyone with a scale can check BMI.

    also its important to note that BMI can also make mistakes the other way around, by assuming people are unhealthy due to muscle mass. I think im pretty much over BMI hah
