Hey there! I just found this site thanks to a facebook freind about a week ago. Im looking for postive supportive people to help me keep my eye on the goal! Its a minute by minute struggle sometimes trying to convince myself to eat better, sleep better, and excercise more. Does anyone have any success stories they could share?
