The system holds two different calorie amounts for blading, one is under skating, and one is under inline skating, or something, i don't remember. Anyway, does anyone know how many calories this burns approximately.
I just bought a pair. So excited. They also give proceeds to breast cancer and have the ribbon embroidered on them, otherwise are jet black and sexyyyy. So excited!!

In line skating is not only good for the legs and tushie, it is good for the core!!
Keep up the good work!:flowerforyou:
(and I would say the higher number for calories is likely, as this is a full body workout!!)0 -
I love, love, love rollerblading!
I have a Heart Rate Monitor. The following figure is according to my BPM, but you can get an idea.
1/2 hour = about 280 calories
Have fun!0
