ok... so i have been wondering whether or not there is a combination of meals that would hit every daily value suggested to be nutritious and healthy...
like is there something that i could have for breakfast, something else for lunch, and then something else for dinner that would cover my daily needs for everything like vitamins, minerals...etc.
any input is appreciated
