Hello, I know this works if you just work hard at it and really take and record everything you eat and your exercise. About a year an half ago I started this program and from August to November I had lost 25 pounds and was doing so well until I gave myself a little break and that is all it took. I lost my strong will power. So now I am back on track and plan to stay focused and reach every goal I have. My husband and daughter are also on the right track to loosing weight so that help tremendously. We are taking walks together and keep incouraging one another.0
