    Hello, I know this works if you just work hard at it and really take and record everything you eat and your exercise. About a year an half ago I started this program and from August to November I had lost 25 pounds and was doing so well until I gave myself a little break and that is all it took. I lost my strong will power. So now I am back on track and plan to stay focused and reach every goal I have. My husband and daughter are also on the right track to loosing weight so that help tremendously. We are taking walks together and keep incouraging one another.

    Hey! I'm looking to use this for the social aspect as well cause I really need Motivation right now!

    Im 138lbs and need to get down to 112 just before June (in time for my holiday).

    hi im lisa i am new to this .. may i ask is there a food sugestion part so i can choose the good foods. how do you all do it?

    i have a bad habbit of eating to much boredom is well and need to stop asap
    log all of your food andthis will make you stop grazing on food as you move past the fridge and kitchen
