Hi. I have a Polar FT1 heart rate monitor, I am 30 years old, 223lbs, six feet tall and I do Insanity. Todays workout was a tougher one, and according to my workout time of 37 minutes and average heart rate of 158bpm, I burned 544 calories, while I was destroyed afterwards and a big sweaty tired mess, it just seems unreal to me. Does this seem legit? Is assuming calories burned by average heart rate acurate?
