Heya Everyone =) I'm really tryin to lose weight!! So far I'm doin pretty good.. I'm 5 feet 3.25 inches tall and weigh 185 pounds now.. I was told I have to be at around 125-145.. Any one know for sure?? When I started on the 24th of march i was 198lbs.. To close to 200!! I don't wanna b a couch potatoooo So I got up and now doin stuff to change that!! Im counting my calories now (which isnt as hard as I thought) and doin good =) eatin a bit under expecally when im working out cuz i dont wanna eat to much but I also dont wanna eat not enough =p any tips? Im needing to eat bout 300calories for breakfast 200 for snack few hours later, n then lunch 300 calories, snack again 200 n then dinner 300 calories.. Well yea if u can think of anything let me know =) I have such a great beach body coach =) love my coach she is amazing woman woohoo!! Well ill let all of u go but leave me a comment n let me know what u think also let me know If u know what i can do diff or things like that =) kk byeee
