Maintenance?

I am planning to pause the diet over the Easter break, is there a way that I can switch to maintenance briefly so that I can see how many calories I'm allowed. I will then switch straight back, and still log the calories up to the maintenance limit. Can this be done without wiping what I've already done?:flowerforyou:

    I've changed mine from from time to time and it will change that calorie allowance through your past entries but it won't wipe anything. If your maintenance is about 500 calories more than what you are on now when you look back your daily allowance will be the new figure.
