Made up for 2 days of under eating today!!

Today was my "cheat" day. Went out for Mexican food. I did do well and avoided the chips. I also went for the fajitas(chicken). I ended up a bit over 300 calories over my regular "allowed" calories. :tongue: I can't even imagine how many more calories I would have gone over if I had had my regular choices(flautas, tacos, lots of chips/salso, etc.). :wink:

    Friday is my cheat day. It's so funny that my idea of cheating has changed so much!

    I really like keeping a little deficit throughout the week so I can have a day where I relax a bit and eat out.

    I had a HORRIBLE cheat day yesterday! I went just over 2000 calories! It is also my rest day from working out and running so I only had 1200! I never quite get all my calories in during the week, but I feel terrible after such a binge! :sick:

    No guilt here.:bigsmile: I learned a long time ago that I must have my occasional "cheat" day in order to continue to good and lose weight. :tongue:
