I am in need of some help!

I am looking for some words of wisdom, i am trying to lose about a stone. i am just over 11 stones and would like to get down to 10 at the most.
I have been calorie counting and excercising for 30 mins - 45 mins each day with a day off. I feel like nothing is happening. Could anyone advise?

    How much are u eating, u may be eating to little, or maybe not eating as clean as u need to. What r u doing workout wise, your body is probably just hanging on to extra water weight. Unfortunittly this happens when we workout, so that could be the main issue, but without knowing what your eatin, its hard to say. Feel free to add me if your looking for motivation.
