Goals, goals, goals...one week at a time! (Challenge)

Hi everyone! For me personally, with still 140 Pounds to lose, when I think too far in the future I get discouraged. It's kinda hard to think that you can accomplish that much... also thinking about how long it can take is frustrating as well.

Because of this, I have decided to do Weekly Mini Goals. I have shared this with a few of my MFP friends and I thought I would post it because other people might find this beneficial as well.

So, here's how it goes:

Pick a day of the week. (Tuesday for me).
On this day every week you will set up to three Mini Goals for the week.
Post your Mini Goals on this thread and then come back to update if you were able to accomplish them.
Also add people from this thread and encourage each other.

For me, my Weekly Goals for this week are (Tuesday-Tuesday):

Stay under my Daily Calorie Limit everyday. Not by much, but just under.

Exercise everyday. I'm doing the 30DS personally but I have now committed to do it even if I don't want to, and if I need to recover simply do some form of physical exercise to keep in the habit of physical movement.

Drink only water.... I'm a victim of Cola Addiction and Coffee (Not Bad) with loads of sweeteners (Really Bad).

If you're interested in doing this with me, please share your goals on this thread. I would also love any friend requests to encourage each other and also keep each other motivated!

Yayyy! We can do this!

Take care everybody!

Yes, I have 40 pounds to lose and it feels like I'm not losing anything, I am changing everything up to try and do this right.. but it will take some time before I will see any results I guess.

So I would love to do this challenge with you!

Tuesdays are my days too so!

Goal 1: do 30 day shred everyday

Goal 2: Eat my allotted calories that is suppose to help me lose...

    Goal 3: Measure next Tuesday

Have to start small... Make small changed and hope that I am doing the right things.
  • Bump y'all! :)
