I don't know how I managed this, but I have lost 5 inches from my hips, 4 inches from my waist! And last night, I got brave to start going through some of my clothes and a skirt and capri dress pants that i haven't been able to wear since I was at Ashland U I can finally fit back into!!!!!! and then some room (btw both are size 18's) This is huge because I haven't fit into these clothes for six years!!!!!!! I might not be losing weight as fast as I would like, but eating healthier and losing inches is a better measure Had to share!!!!!!

woohoo! i have a skirt and a top that i havent been into in 4 years or better.... they are my goal for this summer (i've only worn the top once )

Nicely done, sometimes the scale isn't always our friend, inches tell us a lot more..........good job keep it up!!
