Protein Snacks

Hello!
I'm trying to eat my calories split as so - 55% carbs, 30% protein and 15% fat.
I've been doing this for 3 days.
I'm finding it really difficult to get enough protein and carbs without going over my fat!
Today I have 333 calories, 29g carb and 47g of protein left but 0g of fat.
Any ideas what kind of foods could make that up?
I'm having tuna and beans for dinner - anything else i could add?

You might look at some soy products which are typically lower in fat than animal products. Some stores have these in the produce section, but you can ask a clerk. I recommend any of the Yves and Tofurkey products. They have soy sausages and deli slices.0

Here's some ideas:
* whey protein powder - either just with water or with almond milk, fat-free greek yog, bit of peanut butter
* whey protein bars - i use optimum nutrition - low sugar/fat
* edamene beans - good protein source
* fat-free greek yog with no added sugar jam & berries
* oatcakes/ryvita/wholemeal rice cakes with ham or peanut butter
* eggs!!0 -

This and Lentils, Quinoa, and one of my favorite. Ostrim Meat snacks. The ones I get are beef and Ostrich, 80 calories 1 and a half grams of fat and 14g of protein. A nice boost of protein for a fairly small top calorie hit.0 -
For snacks, i have
cheese - either sticks or string cheese, or cottage cheese on rice cakes.
Nuts - almonds especially.
Roast soy beans
Crab sticks
Hard boiled egg.
Humous
Slice of ham
All these help to bump up my protein for the day.0 -
I eat beef jerky when I need a protein snack. And when I don't need a protein snack.
I love beef jerky.0 -
Egg-whites are full of protein! You can add salsa to make a tasty omelet!0
