Need Help with food

So I'm trying to increase my food/calorie intake but I seem to be going over on sodium almost every day??? Anyone have any suggestions on what I could add to my diet? I have adding in peanut butter, pistachios, almonds, healthy oils, and larger meat portions but I'm still struggling to eat my TDEE-15% amount

Whenever I am too under my calories at the end of the day, I drink a glass of skim milk and have a snack with it like dark chocolate, or some leftover veggies from dinner.0
