Diet Dr.Pepper...

I have officially made it one whole week without any diet dr. peppers or any other soft drink!! This is a major accomplishment for me....since I was use to drinking 2 + drinks a day!! Sometimes as many as 4!!! It's slightly easier than I thought. And I'm starting to believe that diet drinks do make you crave food more than just regular soft drinks. I have found that I snack and want to snack less. let's hope the scales start moving down!!!

any thoughts?

    Good job. There are so many chemicals in that crap that make ur liver work harder and harder when it should be busy doing other things. Drink water, tea, water, and water. Keep it up :)
