I have never been a really big guy, but I have been larger. I have tried the gyms and diets and personal trainer sessions. My goal with all of these was to get under 200 lbs, I have been close 201-205 is as close as I could get never quite reach that mark. The trouble I always had was I love food not always junk food just lots of food. With the help of the calorie counter and exercise I am under 200 and working towards my goal of 185 lbs. The counter does not stop me from eating my favorite foods but it does allow me to track how much I should allow myself, it is great and I can say I finally see some results.
