How do you log 30DS workouts??

Help please?? Calories burned for each level...? hmmm

    I imagine around the same calories are burned for each level and this is why: You will start with level 1, expecting to be unfit and once you hit level 2 you are more fit and used to the exercise making it around the same calories. Same goes for level 3. And I log it as circuit training for 20 minutes.

    No problem - add me if you like. I also do the 30DS except I spread them through my week. Sunday is the rest day (obviously) MWF is 30DS TRS is walking/running!
