Not really. Those last few lbs, especially on our stomach tend to be the hardest to lose. You can try the Jillian Michaels Abs work out or her 30 day shred, those work well. Plus, you will need to up your cardio.
I am working on mine to be looking good by the time we go to Mexico in November. If there was a magic way it can be done in 2 weeks, I will LOVE to know how.0 -

Nope not really. That doesn't mean you can't wear a bikini. Forchrissakes it's Disney, trust me you will be in the top tier of sexy bodies
Do a few hundred crunches/situps a day if you want. Spend hours planking. Go to a pilates class every day. I don't do a lot of core exercises because if you're lifting weights correctly, your core is engaged with almost every exercise you do in other regions.0 -

YES! I can visualize her now... talking on the phone while planking, working while in plank position..0 -

i know its not going to be completely toned, i just want it to look a little bit better than it does now.
looks ok if i'm standing up, or laying down, but i don't want to be bent over with a saggy stomach, lol!0 -

This doesn't sound appetizing at all.0 -

You just made me laugh REALLY loudly at work...... 25 veterans just looked at me like I was insane!0 -
Stomach fat is the last to go. I had a baby nearly 2 years ago, my body fat is down to 13% and I still have fat to lose on my stomach - the sagginess is never going to go away - unless you get plastic surgery0

Have you considered that your stomach "fat" is mostly skin? If you're 13% body fat then you're at the low end of the BF spectrum for professional athletes...

If you start doing some core workout exercises, you will start feeling like it is making a difference in 2 weeks time, but sadly you aren't going to look much different. But feeling better is half the battle, so go for the core exercises. I had longer than 2 weeks to work out leading up to my vacation and I did look a little better, but I felt a lot better, and I'm sure I have a lot more tummy than you.0

I have thought about that, but I feel like the tissue on my stomach is too thick to just be skin...I'm having my body fat re-checked later this month...I'll ask then!0

If it looks fine while standing up and lying down, then I would just suck in my stomach when I am bending over. =P0

Dont worry, no one is going to be looking at your stomach if you bend over, they will be either looking at your boobs or butt.
Allowing yourself to feel good and confident in your own skin will go much further than any amount of exercise you can do. Besides, you will probably look 10x than most the moms there, but no where close to what the teenage girls will be looking like.0
