3 Months and Needing Friends and Help

My name is Lynda and I live in Murray Utah. I am just shy of my 90 day mark and have lost 29 lbs. I know that is a big accomplishment but I haven't lost anything in almost 2 weeks.
About me:
Name: Lynda
Age: 30
Current Weight: 249
Height: 5'3
Goal: 150 or size 6-8 ( We will see since I plan on having a lean muscle build )
Married to Lordbezoar (Also on MFP)
2 Dogs - Rei & Toshi
Why: I want a healthy and active long life
My hubby and I have Fitbits and we have been pretty good at getting our 10k steps in a day. We bought a treadmill in Jan and I use it daily. 2 Days ago we also started Power 90.
I have been under or right at my calorie mark for weeks and eating back most of my exercise calories. I drink almost a gallon of water a day.
I am trying to loose weight but ultimately I am doing this as a change of lifestyle not as a diet. I want to be the healthy active person I know is inside me. I love to camp and go up the mountains. I would like to be able to ride a bike further than a mile without feeling like I am going to die. I also want to have kids. We have been married for almost 10 years and have had 3 miscarriages. Medically they cannot find anything wrong with me or the hubby. They say that it is not related to weight since people much larger than I am have carried to term but I know in my heart that if I keep going I will be able to have a baby.
I am looking for friends that are supportive that I can also help support and also for help figuring out how to get over this hurdle.
Thanks and I look forward to meeting new people!

Maybe you could try HIIT (High intensity Interval training).
Get on the treadmill for a moderate pace and then sprint as fast as you can for 30 seconds to a minute. Then jog or walk moderately for another minute to 3 minutes. Repeat. This usually helps me get past hurdles. You can do similar intervals with jump rope and swimming.0 -
