Help!!! Plateau!!

How do I get past a plateau?? Ive been stuck at the same spot for about a month!

    Stall not a plateau. Plateau is 6 weeks or more of consistent calorie deficit with no weight loss. Easiest way to attack it is to up the intensity of your exercise for starters.
