too much vinegar in a recipe..HELP (repost)
so, i may be too late this time, but i attempted homemade pickles again, and the recipe calls for 3/4 cup of vinegar, and stupidly enough, i put in that much, and they came out too potent..i tried to balance it out with sugar as another forum suggested, and it stifled the taste a little, but still not enough..i had to eat it drenched in ranch..any suggestions on how i can fix the vinegar thing ? and yes, i know next time to definitely NOT use so much..unfortunately, i have 4 jars to eat :grumble:
