On another topic chain they listed all the things that are equivalent to different weights (e.g. 1 lb=a guinnea pig). When I scrolled down, it had this equivalency Arnold Schwarzenegger = 235 lbs. I started my weightloss at 234 lbs.:noway: :noway:

That, my friends, it very scary. Thanks to MFP for helping me get down to a much healthier weight. I think this was the motivation I needed to lose the last 17 lbs.
