Help! Gaining/losing same lbs for 50 days!!!

Just looked through my net calories for the last 50 days... I have netted 1200, 1400, 1600 and even 1800. My tdee on non-exercise days is 1850 (lowest, avg 1950) and probably an avg of 2150 on exercise days. Why do I keep gaining and losing the same lbs while still maintaining a deficient???

I took a quick glance at your food diary and I notice that you went over on a lot of days. Maybe if you tried to consistantly stay under it would help. I only went back about a week or so and I'm not an expert, but that was my first impression. Good luck!0

Be more consistent. On days that you don't work out, eat closer to your BMR. On days that you do work out, have a 15-20% deficit. Are you sure of your TDEE? Do you wear a BodyBugg or similar?0

That's actually not an accurate picture. If you look at the weekly nets, you can see my nets are always far under my tdee of 1950.0 -

Me too! So can you honestly say you have at least a 15% deficit everyday and eating AT LEAST your BMR? If so, and you're not losing at all, I would get some blood work done. Maybe it's a thyroid issue??0

I def have at least a 15% def, but only netted at least my bmr 50% of the time. The other 50% I was under 100-200 calories.0 -
That could be the problem. Always always always eat at least your BMR. Everyday. Your body needs just those calories to function properly.
