My motivation and promise

I'm about halfway thru my journey. My wife and I made the promise to ourselves that this is the last time that we're going to lose weight. We've made significant efforts before, and fell off the wagon. So one of the things that we are going to do when we are done is print some certificates. I was thinking of just doing it in Word, but I may even spend the $ and get some high quality ones done. But here is the general text of what it will say- Feel free to copy or suggest some different wording. Maybe we can even find a vendor and have these available to order online:

DECLARATION OF HEALTH

I,
Craig A. Myers
Have worked extremely hard, remained focused and chose to make a life-changing decision to
be healthy and NEVER again be overweight on January 2nd 2012.

Having achieved my goal weight of 185 pounds, I do hereby make this public vow:
I will never allow myself to stray more than 5 pounds from my current weight.
I also hereby sincerely request that my family and friends hold me accountable to this promise
and remind me of it in the most serious of manners should I ever deviate from my goal.
