Hey! Just wondering. What kind of supplements do you tak and what have you noticed about your body since you began taking them?

Here's my list:

Multivitamin - I've been taking a daily for several years. I'm not sure I *really* noticed anything different, other than a feeling that I'm doing something good for my body.
Fish oil - I've been taking this several years, too. I've cycled off a couple times and noticed that my nails grow a lot quicker when I'm taking it.
Vitamin D - last winter I was deficient. I was put on 50,000 IU for three months. After that, it was recommended I get at least 1,000 IU per day. I became deficient again this winter and am on the 50,000 IU for the second time. When I stop taking it two months from now, I'll continue with my daily 1,000 IU.
Conjugated Linoleic Acid - I've taken this on and off over two years. I've noticed that my DOMS do not seem to be quite as bad when I'm taking CLA. That's pretty much it!
