Staying on track with a cold

Hey guys, I was just wondering how you guys stay on track when you have a cold? I just started with my fitness pal but after working with a sick coworker this weekend I now have a cold. Generally when I'm sick I don't like to eat and when I do I don't want to eat healthy foods. Also, what kinds of foods should I eat that are both healthy and will help me feel better?

I would eat what I want, making sure to stay within my calorie allowance. I'm a fan of soup, juice, and medicine for a cold - but I wouldn't turn down some chicken nuggets and a Sprite, either. Just feel better :flowerforyou:0
