Food you didn't like..

But realized that you do like since you started your lifestyle change. I am absolutely smittened with fresh cherries, fresh spinach, laughing cow cheese, and ground turkey:love: I never thought I would like those things. I always turned my nose up to them before. Now I can't get enough of them....:drinker:

What are some of your new loves?

OMG I hated veggies, now I eat baby spinach every day, cucumbers, broccoli and I like it!!! My favorite sweets are now any type of fruits. which is God's candy for us. I always liked fruit but would have rather had sugar, not now!! It's amazing how your tastes change.

its crazy right:huh: I put spinach on everything. Sandwiches, wraps, salads, pasta.....Heck I even just eat it has my salad hahaha:).So YUMO.I just bought some sprouts the other day..Starting to get used to them in my salads also. I don't really crave sugar much anymore. My weakness is salty, crunchy thing which I think i found a cure to. I eat a serving of whole wheat thins with a wedge of the french onion laughing cow cheese:wink:

My big change is granola bars. I never thought I'd eat them.
Funny how your taste buds change, when you're starving, but you want to eat something nutritious and lower calories.

But I haven't graduated to "healthy muffins," yet.
    And I don't think I ever will.

I agree about fruit being God's candy.
