Keepingmy consumption close to my burn.... need help!

A little help here... so I have been getting up early and doing my cardio.... then taking the boys (4 and 6) out for a tromp in the park. I am inadvertently getting far more exercise than I intended...which is great.... but I have just finished lunch and have 1000 calories left for the day... and I am NOT finished playing with the boys. I may have to find higher calorie foods to keep my consumption closer to my burn... any suggestions?

I have found from my diaries that I lose the most weight when my consumption is within about 200 of my burn. It was VERY easy to blow through 1K calories in my old life... a pint of Hagen Daz Chocolate Chocolate Chip does the trick.... but man, the healthy stuff just doesn't add up like that! LOL
