I like cottage cheese for the protein and carbs..but not too much because it does have some fat.
Also protein bars are a good choice...just beware of the ones covered in chocolate. There are a few out there that are not. They are found in the vitamin section of the grocery store. Or you can get them at the GNC or other health food places.
They offer ones that are like 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. Read the label to find out about the cards.
A handful of nuts is good too. Again, don't go overboard and have more than that...try the unsalted variety. It will be good and not make you want to keep eating them as much.
hope this helped.

Don't worry about fat from natural foods.
My favorite snacks:
- Whole Almonds and Dates
- Walnuts
- Roasted Soy Beans
- Cottage Cheese
- Apples/Bananas with Peanut Butter
- Grilled Whole Wheat Naan or Pita
The important thing is to get the servings right.0
