Hi, I'm Michelle.....Day One of my "Lifestyle change" I found out about this site through a friend and started counting my calories last week. Not so hard to make better choices, that's what its all about.
Meeting my neighbor at the gym tonight as she is starting her Biggest Loser contest at work today!
I don't like the elliptical, either.
Any strength training tips for relative beginners?
