    Iceberry frozen yogurt

    (vanilla or Honeydew flavor)

I get a medium which I share with my boyfriend and its HUGE!!! Probably around 150 calories for the whole thing. So if we split it, or I eat more than half its like a 100 calorie snack.

    Definately satisfies a sweet tooth!

Gelato!!! Probably not completely guiltless, but over half the calories of ice cream, and in my opinion tastes better! My personal fave... a little bit of chocolate

Haagan daaz raspberry sorbet bars (with vanilla ice cream inside). Only 100 cals per bar - so delish, but not too easy on the wallet. :)

This is the only time I drink any soda at all but is great for my cravings:

Diet Rootbeer and 1 scoop of sugar free vanilla ice cream. Sometimes I will add a dollup of light cool whip on top.

sounds delish! I am a HUGE banana lover! I made a banana smoothie before but did not even think about putting some cinnamon and nutmeg in...

  • I make my own Popsicles out of 100% fruit juice such as orange juice. I get the pulpy orange juice and it adds texture to the popsicles.

I like to cut up apples into slices and dip them into a small amount of caramel. Just enough caramel to taste, but it tastes great.
