Fruit serving size in grams?

Seems that fruit serving sizes are listed in cups and half cups which isn't all that useful. Is there a standard approximation in grams as far as strawberries, pineapple and the like go?

I don't know. I just use my kitchen scale to measure. The are pretty cheap mine is a really good one that does up to 6.6 lbs and it was under $250

Find the fruit in the database listed in ounces. Then convert your grams back to ounces.0
