I love my running skirts that have shorts underneath. No panties. No riding up. :)
  • Hey

Try SLIK from Skin Strong.. It is seriously one of the best things I have found. You can get is at stores or online at Skinstrong.com. They use it in the Ironman for several purposes... i think it is sponsored by them or something. Check it out. Its way more hygienic and easier than the other suff out there

when looking for shorts, make sure you are checking the seams and fabric. Those little white pipings might look cute but if the seam is rough, you can just be asking for trouble.

My favorite for no issues is saucony luxe

All my running shorts ride up in the crotch...the only way it isnt uncomfortable is to wear 3inch inseam shorts...not much fabric there to ride up ;). However, I sometimes wear compressions under them, and always have to use an antichafing method. But I hate the feeling of a lot of fabric there, so the shorter the shorts the better for me.

THANK GOD !!!! I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE !!!
  • Nike has some shorts with compression shorts built in. I use these. Right at first I tend to tug down on the compression part but once I get a good sweat going, they stay put.
  • I would suggest buying compression shorts and make sure the length goes past the point where your legs rub together. This has always worked for me. The particular brand has never been much of a difference when it comes to this issue, in my opinion. Any compression fit in the correct size should work. I refuse to spend a lot on workout clothes, especially since I am still losing weight.
