I take mine right after breakfast. although for me i have to take Flinstone vitamins no joke. I have a severe allergy to vitamins so bad that when I ate total cereal I was in the E.R. for 6 hours and was Michale Jackson pale.0

I have heard people say that they have a hard time with certain brands and then they switch to another brand and they do fine. Usually in relation to feeling nauseous though, never heard of weird dreams, but I wouldn't doubt it.0

I take mine with lunch. I definitely have to have food with it.0

You should take vitamins after you eat (not on an empty stomach).
I have read that multi vitamins such as one a day do not have enough of each vitamin to actually make much difference in your body. try a health food store (that is where i get mine). the capsule type vitamins are easier for your body to digest and you get more out vitamin power out of them

I have a twice daily, so I have mine right after breakfast and right after dinner.0

The Dr. Oz said to cut into half. Take one half am and other half pm..Easier to digest it.0

Take mine when I get home from work. I'm always snacky when I get home so I bought the gummy bear type instead of hard pills. (one exception is I take a Niacin capsule vitamin B baby!)
The VitaFushion gummies are two gummies per serving and I take Omega-3, calcium, vit C and a multi. 8 all together. Its like getting a pouch of fruit snacks everyday - I take the fish and vit C ones first, they leave a weird after taste, ha! It does add nearly 100 caloires a day, but beats snacking on chips when I get home.0
