Maintenance

Hello :-)
I've recently hit my goal of 50lbs lost :-)
I'm getting ready to start maintaining. I'm looking for friends who are also maintaining and any advice/words of wisdom are appreciated.
I'm nervous to up my cals because I'm super happy at this weight and I'm getting married in August and do NOT want to gain. I plan to keep my same workout plan and attempt to at least get close to what MFP says I need to eat to not lose anymore weight.

Yay on your weight loss. I would slowly up your calories and adjust accordingly. I often eat over the MFP maintenance calories and am still maintaining, so you never know how much your body actually need. You'll be fine. Just keep doing what you are doing.0
