i know i am not the only one and it happens over and over again:grumble:
i have to admit i fell totaly off the wagon today ............. + no excercise .how sad is that:sad:
but tommorow is another day ... right?.

    You are definitely right, tomorrow is a new day! One you can fill with foods that will nourish your body. This is more than just losing lbs on a scale, this is about bettering your life. Eating right and exercising benefits you in so many ways! And you’re not alone we all mess up at times. What’s really important is to pick ourselves back up and continue to make right choices and not letting our past control us. And looking at your profile you’ve already lost 21 lbs!!! That’s awesome!
