TOPIC: HELP! I'm low on potassium.
Just out of curiousity, how do you know? Since US labeling laws don't require listing the potassium content of foods, the vast majority of the items in the MFP database list zero or NA, even if the food actually has a lot of potassium. Just because MFP says you are low on potassium doesn't mean you really are. Garbage in, garbage out.
Edit: Xposted with GP79, who put it more colorfully than I did!0 -
Anyone out there have any suggestions potassium rich foods besides celery and bananas? I need options.
Potatoes, they are excellent for potassium.0
