Banana Cream Pie/Pudding
Options
Give this a shot for desert!
- 1 Vanilla pudding "Snackpack" (100 calorie packs are what i use)
- 3-4 crushed Reduced-fat Nilla wafters (good for snacking too)
- 2-3 crushed walnuts
- 1/4 banana (sliced)
All you have to do is put everything together in a bowl and chill it for about 20 minutes in the fridge. It's delicious and reminds me very much of banana pudding/cream pie..
You can also top it off with a little bit of fat-free whipped cream if you are in the mood for a little extra something!
