Stationary bicycle ? What you opinion on !?

WYOO A Stationary bike I have just invested in one so I can include a lot more Cardio workouts in any free time !?

What areas does it work on, have any of you seen personal results etc !?

    I don't know, but I use mine when I need more calories to eat.

    I used to use one a lot - parked it in front of the TV and just go at it for an hour on there. It was a good all rounder work out but definitely focusing on butt and legs :)

    This depends on what type of stationary bike you got, Recumbunt, upright or spin?

    Do you have cages for your feet, clips, or flat pedals?

    Each will work your muscles differently and different parts of the legs.

    I got a recumbent bike and I love it. Give me a little more freedom with my workout time. Seeing a good difference in my thighs and backside but who wants that? Right?
