Getting rid of belly fat

Ok I am 41 (male) and at my goal weight after loosing almost 25 lbs. However, I still have some belly fat. I do almost 30 min of cardio a day and loosing 1-2 lbs a week but don't want to loose too much more weight. Does anyone recommend any other exercise other than situps to help with this area? Or anything else? Now that I lost the weight want to bulk up a little too don't want to loose any muscle if I loose more weight. Overall, any suggestions on getting rid of the excess belly fat?

Exercising your core will strengthen the muscles but does not get rid of the fat in that area, you could end up with incredible abs still covered by a layer of fat.
Keep doing the cardio and start your strength program, the fact that you still have a belly tells me you still have a few pounds to lose.0
