Today was my official weigh in day because I only weigh once a week. So when I stepped on the scale to my surprise I weighed 3 pounds more than I weighed yesterday and I have been working out like crazy because I'm on my spring break so I have time. I was devastated, but luckily today was also the day that I did my monthly measurements. I went to measure myself and I had lost 2.5 inches in my waist in just 2 weeks. This helped motivate me to not give up and actually made me want to push myself even harder. So I just wanted to let you all know that just because the scale says you've gained weight doesn't mean that you've failed or gotten fatter. So try not to rely on that scale as much as you like to because it could possibly just be muscle that you're gaining.
