you fight the cravings, food choices?

For all my fellow students out there, I noticed that when I study, I tend to eat or munch a lot. How do you fight the cravings or if not, what do you snack on? Any super low calorie or Non fat snacks? Any suggestions will be appreciated...

    Air-popped popcorn with nothing on it. You can eat a ton for very few calories. I discovered Special K cracker chips last week too, and you can eat a good amount for a serving. Or just bring fruit or veggies to nosh on and you won't feel guilty and it will be low-cal.

    Log everything! Measure it out; don't just take the bag of snacks to your desk. Then you know if you overdid it on study snacks, then you eat a smaller meal and you won't go off track.
