Hey everyone, I'm not such a new member - I joined almost 2 years ago but for some reason, completely forgot about the place until today!

I've previously been using a different website to track calories but my friend was raving about this place today so I thought I'd give it a go. Love what I see so far :D

I've lost a great deal of weight in the last year by eliminating grains and commencing daily intermittent fasting. Best thing I have ever done for my health, both physical and mental.

I'm hooked on weight lifting and apart from every day activity (walking to work, cycling to the supermarket or roller blading for fun) its my main source of exercise. I love lifting heavy and beating PB's and have dreams of entering a powerlifting competition in the next 12 months. I currently have a 120kg deadlift so maybe I'm not far off :D

Anyway, I think I've rambled on enough - looking forward to posting more.
