Looking for friends local to SE23 to maybe meet in person to do some training with but also anyone from anywhere. Have been on my fitness pal for a few weeks, needed to lose a stone in weight but mainly wanted to change 39 years of programming and return to a more natural, healthy way of living and eating that says 'I respect myself'.
